The first building in the South Ridge development is an upscale 27 unit apartment building with storage and underground parking for 1 vehicle included in the rent. (Extra parking available on a first-come basis)

We are situated on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood with walking trails, secure entrances and an onsite superintendant.  This building is a smoke free, pet free and adults only environment.

All units are large 2-bedroom units (1160-1270 square feet) with 2 full baths and laundry facilities.  Each apartment is well appointed with 6 appliances: fridge, stove, OTR microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.  All units are rented on a first-come, first-choice of apartment basis.

Units have a combination of wood and ceramic floors throughout with upscale trim finishing and a large balcony.  For your convenience, the building is also equipped with an elevator, common room with kitchenette and an exercise room with TV and DVD player.

A phone/cable/internet bundle at special pricing is available with Eastlink.  Rent does not include utilities, but does include water.  For your comfort, each unit is equipped with its own air exchange, heat and air conditioning system.

Rent starts at $1150 per month.
